Wow what a year we have had!!….
Straight into a very busy Autumn and Winter last year attending to heating breakdowns and new boiler installations, Then leading us into an equally active Spring and Summer season involving many bathroom renovations and upgrades
We have been overwhelmed with, not only the loyal support from our existing customers but the numerous recommendations received and subsequent new customers that have used our services this year
Highlights of our year include
* The launch of our website
* Smart new logo’d vans and uniform
* Sponsoring our local village football team “Layer Colts youth club”
* Celebrating Christmas with our staff party
* Our regular seasonal social media competitions have been a great success
* Creating our famous Allen and Clarke rubber duck mascots
* Launching our bathroom pamper hampers as a luxury finishing touch to enjoy in our customers new relaxing space
* 11 winners so far have celebrated our monthly boiler servicing competition winning £50 in Love to shop vouchers
* Coping through the unexpected Covid19 pandemic, offering our emergency services throughout the lock down period and juggling the day to day running of a busy business, whilst attempting to entertain the kiddies
* Continuing to Fundraise up until the end of December this year for our local Colchester Zoo, Supporting them through the pandemic and creating fun activities for the local children in our home villages during the lockdown period
* More fun and cuddles with the addition of another puppy “Bear” to our office
* Welcoming Sydnie to our office, working part time with us and helping with the general day to day inquiries and bookings
* Receiving regular great feedback and reviews from our customers ..
