With another year shortly coming to an end, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support, recommendations and loyal custom.
Our team have had another very busy year providing all services in plumbing, heating and air conditioning to our thousands of customers throughout Colchester, the surrounding villages and up to Chelmsford.
We wanted to share with you a few highlights of the year 2022!
* Now providing air conditioning– Which is very popular due to air source heat pumps providing air conditioning in the Summer and warm heat throughout Winter with the added benefit of saving on your energy bills.
* Introducing Nicci to our team– Nicci works part time in our office working alongside Laura and Amy, taking your calls, inquiries and booking our engineers appointments.
* A&C turning 3 years old – Our team celebrated its 3rd birthday and we cannot believe how quick each year has passed!!! We look forward to many more years working together and expanding our skills as a company.
* Our engineer Tommy this year has qualified in oil- Now providing servicing, repairs and new installations on oil boilers – Well done!
* Our monthly prize draw -We have continued throughout the year our monthly prize draw of winning £50 in Love to shop high street vouchers- Every customer who has their boiler serviced with us or their air conditioning unit serviced is automatically entered into our prize draw and a winner is selected from random to win, we have had some very happy and surprised customers this year!
* Our choice of charity -This year is to provide help to our local food bank in Colchester, we appreciate this Winter is much harder for all including local families, adults and children with the increase in food and energy prices we wanted to support this vital charity as we believe no family should feel they need to choose to either eat or heat their home.
