As we continue to carry out emergency work here at Allen & Clarke we wanted to reassure our customers that we are doing our part to always ensure we are keeping everyone, our team, customers and families safe as per the governments advice
We are committed to delivering the emergency services we are allowed to provide these situations are
* Faulty boiler
* Problem with your heating
* Water leak
* No heating or hot water
We are taking full precautions and following our procedure
Screening the job over the phone, asking if customers are self isolating, high risk or showing any symptoms and confirming if it is an emergency that needs attending
Our engineer will be wearing protective equipment such as gloves, shoe covers and a face mask
(which are changed between jobs)
Undertaking strict social distancing guidelines
Contacting customers when the engineer arrives
If possible asking customers to then leave the door open
Asking customers to stay in another room whilst the engineer carries out the work
Advice and the Pre-booking of future work
We are always open for advice,taking calls from customers if needed if they are concerned with a heating or water issue, in some circumstances our engineer can solve with advice over the phone.

We offer free quotations by request using video calls, we are already booking in work for when the lock down and restrictions on social distancing are lifted, boilers, heating work and bathroom refurbishments will be booked on a first come first serve basis subject to deposits being taken and existing jobs that have had to be postponed taking priority
We do suggest booking early as we are expecting to be very busy when the uk is through the lock down period.
