Well, we cannot quite believe how quick we are writing another newsletter from our team as we are now heading into Winter this year !…Where has the time gone?
With the darker nights drawing in and the temperatures dropping, everyone is now putting their heating on in their homes and that means our office phones and engineers are very busy again with heating inquiries and breakdowns
 Boiler Servicing
Every year from September up until Spring it is always our busiest period for our team carrying out General boiler servicing to make sure boilers are winter ready before the hard weather hits
This year we are also offering full strip down services to gas and oil boilers that we recommend to our new customers and to our existing customers, this includes the replacement of any necessary seals which are recommended every few years
We are now very limited on availability for boiler servicing appointments up until Christmas,So please do get in touch if you would like an appointment, other wise we are booking from January onwards

This year our air conditioning heat pumps have been very popular and we are pleased to say we are extending our offer up until the end of December 2022!
With every heat pump/air conditioning unit fitted by our team, you will receive a free boiler service (terms and conditions apply)

Full Bathroom Refurbishments
We are now fully booked on bathroom refurbishments for this year and are already booking bathroom installations in from next Spring onwards
If you are looking into having your bathroom upgraded please get in touch with us from the new year
and we can arrange an engineers visit to provide a quotation
Reminder of Future Payments
From November this year we will no longer be accepting cash or cheque payments
Preferred payment method is via online bank transfer (BACS)
Any invoices over the value of £500 can be paid using a debit or credit card by contacting our office with your payment details
We understand that not everyone uses online banking and therefore in this instance we would request that customers who would normally pay by cash or cheque please contact the office where we can process your card payment

Refer us to a friend or family member for a boiler upgrade or an air conditioning/heat pump installation and once completed by our team you will receive a free boiler service (T&C apply)
